Our process begins by scheduling an onsite meeting so we can see the property and understand exactly what you want completed. During that meeting, we walk through the project with you, take detailed notes and photos, evaluate the areas involved, and answer questions about the work. This gives us the information we need to prepare an accurate proposal instead of trying to provide a generic price or timeline without seeing the project.

After the walkthrough, we prepare a detailed, line-item proposal describing the work to be completed, the paint products we plan to use, and the pricing. Once you accept the proposal, we schedule the project and provide timing based on the actual scope of work. Because every painting project is different, both start dates and completion timelines can vary. Our detailed process helps establish clear expectations before work begins so you understand what we are doing, what products are being used, and what is included in your project.
